Cost per Hour unless stated otherwise

Individuals:
$15 for new lounge area/$30 minimum
$30 for conference room and dining area
$50 charge if using kitchen equipment

Businesses:
$35 for conference room and dining area
$50 charge if using the kitchen equipment
Maximum of $150 per day
2 day rental- $200

Non-profits: No charge

$50.00 damage deposit applies to rental
