Rental Fees
Cost per Hour unless stated otherwise

Individuals:
$10 for new lounge area/$25 minimum
$25 for conference room and dining area
$35 for kitchen using one oven or dishwasher.
$50 for both ovens & dishwasher etc.

Businesses:
$30 for conference room and dining area
$40 for kitchen using one oven
$60 for both ovens dishwasher etc.
Maximum of $150 per day
2 day rental- $200

Non-profits: No charge

$50.00 damage deposit applies to rental
